Permatex® Form-A-Gasket 118mL

This glue, manufactured by Permatex, has the following properties:

• Ideal for use on close-fitting machined surfaces, acting as a gasket, and sealing threaded connections.
  
• It remains pliable and tacky for up to 24 hours after its application.
• This glue can withstand pressures up to 345 bar ~ 5000 psi
• Its temperature range is from -54 °C to 204 °C ~ -65 °F to 400 °F
• It is very resistant to oil, coolant with ethylene glycol base, grease, transmission fluids, gasoline, and seawater. 

Application tips:

• The surface must be cleaned before the application, using a brake cleaner fluid.
• Assembly can start after 4 hours after the application, while the product will be fully cured after 24 hours.
• In order to clean a surface from this glue, isopropyl alcohol is needed for uncured material. If it is hardened, it must be softened in alcohol overnight.
• Keep it in a dry and cool place.
